At the Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen, our motto is to bring our fresh style to your table. We have a sustainable belief of using organic, local and grow our own when possible mentality. Our product line of proteins includes Compart Duroc pork, Salmon Creek farms pork, Certified Angus Beef, local fish and sustainably farmed seafood.
We believe in waste nothing, make as much from scratch as we can and let the seasons help write the menus. We do all of our butcherings in-house, make fresh bread, fresh pastas, smoked meats, cured meats and grow some of our seasonal produce. At the bar, we specialize in an ever-changing boutique wine, local craft beer, and a solid whisk(e)y and tequila selection to compliment our cuisine.
